AQA special

AQA AS and A2

If you have started AS this year it doesn’t really matter to you what changes have taken place as the examination boards have moved from the old specifications to the modified ones. What matters is that your teachers tell you how to get through the course you are embarking on and help you to get the best grade possible. For myself, as a teacher and examiner, I have a slightly different perspective as I have to alter my mind-set slightly in order to make sure I do the job I have just described for my own students. In this article I want to combine both perspectives with the emphasis being on the focus that is now required to achieve one of those top grades.
