To achieve top grades in your AS exams, it is essential to prepare properly. There is limited choice in the AS papers, so you will need to be prepared to answer questions on all the relevant topics for each paper — you cannot afford to omit any. Furthermore, you will be expected to make synoptic links to the other paper — using knowledge from Paper 1 to support your answers in Paper 2, for example. So, before you sit the exams, make sure you are confident on all the topics and are able to make links between the different components.
The next thing is to be aware of timings.
