How A2 skills for US politics differ from those required at AS

Most students and teachers are aware that A2 is more demanding than AS, but this begs the question: what exactly are the skills that distinguish A2 from AS if you are taking one or both of the AQA US politics papers — GOVP3A and GOVP4A? Before we investigate further, there are a few basic facts to bear in mind about A2:
