Where does mass come from?

Peter Main examines the constituents of matter in order to discover what gives a body mass and where that mass resides

An object’s mass tells you how much ‘stuff’ it consists of. A better description refers to energy. Mass is found in the gluons that hold quarks together as constituents of protons and neutrons.
