Tennis is a major participation sport, with players’ ages ranging from 3 to 83. It provides opportunities for talented players to pursue a professional career, both through playing and coaching.

In an attempt to secure a long-term legacy from the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the LTA and the Tennis Foundation are focusing on supporting young players’ entry and progression in the sport.
