Sport nutrition is an important topic on the specifications of all the major exam boards.

Rugby Union (RU) and Rugby League (RL) are two codes of rugby that are played professionally by thousands of players globally. Although the purists would argue that the sports are vastly different in terms of rules, history and culture, the two codes share commonalities such as running, carrying and passing the ball, high-intensity tackling and collisions.
