After doing some online shopping, you have probably been asked to complete a questionnaire so that the company you bought the goods from can get your thoughts, or feedback, on the service provided. In a sporting context, feedback is also useful, but in order to use such feedback effectively the coach or performer must consider the best type of feedback to use, given the situation and the level of performance.
