RH What does your average day look like?
BJ My week varies quite a lot depending on what phase of training I’m in. Three times a week my day would look something like this: 8 a.m. Wake up 9.15 a.m. Ride to training 10 a.m.–12 noon Gym session 12.15 p.m. Lunch 2 p.m.–5 p.m. Track session 5.30 p.m. Ride home 7 p.m. Dinner 10 p.m. Bed
