RH What does your average day look like, e.g. get up time, hours of training etc.?

RW A sportsman’s diary is never the same in any two weeks. The principles are there — track on Monday, soft tissue massage on Thursday, and so on, but the intensity and content is always changing. I train on average for 35 hours per week. This consists of strength and conditioning work, track/road running, and soft tissue and stretching work.
