Margaret Thatcher’s foreign policy is one of six key issues that make up this study topic. In studying Thatcher’s foreign policy you should have considered her aims, the major crises she faced — such as Zimbabwe (Rhodesia), the Falklands War and Kuwait — her relations with Ronald Reagan and her attitude towards Europe. In the exam you are required to write two essays (from a choice of three) in an hour and a half.
