While this might not matter to many, the location of the university can be a key factor in deciding where to study. Some people want to be in a big city such as London, Manchester, Birmingham or Leeds, with a vibrant student culture. Others want a campus university where everything is tailored towards students and housing and social events are close by. Living close to home might be a requirement for some, but others might want to get as far away as possible.
