You must remember that sources are not just extracts to be compared by mechanically using grids to comment on their nature, origin and purpose. Historians work by using sources in combination with their knowledge of the historical context to create interpretations of the past. You should think carefully about the nature, origin and purpose of the sources, apply your own knowledge of the period to form a judgement and then think about the other kinds of sources which it would be helpful to have access to when following up evidence suggested by the details within a particular source.
