Question and Answer in this issue looks at questions from the OCR A-level Human Interactions summer 2018 examination paper, covering topics from the Global Connections part of the specification: Trade in the Contemporary World (questions 1–3) and Power and Borders (question 4). Similar questions are set by other exam boards (see Box 1). The questions are printed in bold type and the students’ answers are in tinted boxes.
