The dangers of migration

question and answer

This Question and Answer examines an Edexcel A2 Unit 3 Contested Planet question on water conflicts. The original question appeared in the January 2010 examination. It has a common format for A2 style questions. The question’s 25 marks are split between a 10-mark data-stimulus question and a 15-mark essay question. The question is printed in bold type and the students’ answers are in italics. The examiner’s comments are the responsibility of GEOGRAPHY REVIEW and have neither been provided nor approved by the examination board. Cameron Dunn writes here in a personal capacity.
