Even nearly 500 years after the end of Henry VIII’s tumultuous reign, many of us remain fascinated by the history of the king and his six unfortunate wives. It was for the second wife on the list, Anne Boleyn, that Henry broke the English church’s link with Rome in order to divorce Katherine of Aragon and marry again.
