LW I have recently finished my second year studying BSc economics at King’s College London.

LW I have always been interested in current affairs. However, my interest in economics specifically emerged during my A-levels. When it came to choosing A-level subjects I was quite confused as there were very few subjects that I genuinely enjoyed enough to continue studying. I’m pleased I took a chance on economics — it quickly became my favourite subject.
