A significant portion of the marks awarded in A-level assessment relate to the use of quantitative skills. In this issue of ECONOMIC REVIEW I will explore some of the types of exam question you may face that require these skills. This follows the guidance provided by the Department for Education, which determines the subject requirements for A-level subjects. For economics, this includes the following:
