Organisations like Netflix encourage their employees to think like entrepreneurs

It might surprise you to know that after business exam papers are sat by students, examiners take to social media to try and gauge the reactions of how the exam went by looking at the various different posts by A-level students. The Twitter reaction to the AQA paper 1 exam last year was particularly interesting, as the number of posts about ‘intrapreneurship’ being a made-up word led to many amusing memes, along with the indignation that certain centres had allegedly not taught this concept.

From an examiner point of view, this is interesting. Questions must be based on the specification, and sure enough ‘intrapreneurship’ is a concept that appears within section 9 of the AQA specification in relation to how firms can become more innovative and creative.
