Phil Waterhouse provides an insight into what you need to do to get the top grade

The 2017 exams present a challenge for both teachers and students due to the lack of past questions and the limited number of specimen papers available. So how can we estimate how the questions will be structured and, more importantly, how they will be marked and assessed?

The AQA exam specification contains content intended to ‘beef up’ the subject and make it more academic. Box 1 lists these theories and models, which are intended to make the subject both more challenging and more interesting. It is therefore to be expected that a large number of them will be tested in the exam, so make sure you cover all the concepts in Box 1 as part of your revision.
