GETTY

This article is specifically relevant to AQA A2 Unit 4: Concepts of Law.

If you are preparing for the AQA A2 law exam, you will be examined on concepts of law in the second of your two A2 papers — the paper known as ‘Unit 4’, or ‘Law04’. It will form the third of three sections into which that paper is divided: Section C. The other two sections will be on offences against property (Section A) and on tort (Section B). You must do either Section A or section B, plus Section C, so concepts of law is a compulsory topic for all candidates.
