What questions should be posed to apply the tort law of occupiers’ liability to a scenario?

This article examines the questions that you should ask yourself when applying the law on occupiers’ liability to a scenario. It is always a good idea to read through the scenario a few times, asking yourself these questions, before you start to formulate a plan. Once you have done this, you can then develop your answer into a good structure using either the IDEA — identify, define, explain, apply — or ILAC — identify, law, apply, conclude — planning method for application questions.
