Tackling short English legal system questions

Hannah Eldridge assesses how to approach the short OCR exam questions

The OCR exam papers at AS/A-level contain some short exam questions for you to answer. The English legal system is examined in section A of Paper 1 and there will be four questions. The AS/A-level papers are structured slightly differently.

The AS exam paper is 90 minutes long and is split into two sections: section A (the legal system) and section B (criminal law). The A-level exam paper is similarly divided but is 120 minutes long.
