How to approach problem questions on the formation of a contract

This ‘Examination focus’ is relevant to AQA A-level Paper 3A, OCR A-level Component 3, WJEC A-level Units 3 and 4, and Eduqas Components 2 and 3.

There are different approaches to answering formation questions in contract law but one thing is certain: it is vitally important to read through the assessment criteria and write each response tailored towards the question asked.
