AQA Question 9

Rowena Mudge examines concepts of law and how to approach them in exams

This article is relevant to AQA Question 9, across the three examination papers.

As part of the AQA specification, you can study a range of topics relating to — and stretching beyond — the substantive law of crime, tort, contract and human rights, and the non-substantive English legal system topics. These concepts of law topics include morality, justice, fault and balancing conflicting interests, and you will be asked to consider how the areas of law studied elsewhere in the A-level syllabus reflect these principles.
