EXAMINATION FOCUS

The Consumer Rights Act 2015

Craig Beauman shows how to apply the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in scenario exam questions

This article is relevant to AQA A-level Paper 3A, OCR A-level Component 3, WJEC A-level Units 3 and 4, and Eduqas Components 2 and 3.

This ‘Examination focus’ expands on Andrew Mitchell’s article on the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (CRA15) (see A-LEVEL LAW REVIEW, Vol. 17, No. 2, pp. 22–26), in which he explains the required knowledge and understanding of the CRA15 for exam purposes. Here, we will look at how to apply that knowledge and understanding to scenario/problem questions typically seen across all exam board specifications.
